lucid dream 27/04/2010

I was at my old home address, reading my copy of dream yoga, it was raining and I saw a man in a blue jacket, he came by and said he would take my rubbish, I quickly got up and asked why and he said he needed food, I told him he could have the other, he was from 3 doors down, his whole family were in the car. A voice told me that I needed to give them a certain part of dream yoga to his mother to make the family energies well again.

I was in a forest and around 50 people all sat in a circle cross-legged, I was an acrobat and I did around 20 different acts where I swooped past all the people around in circles from tree to tree and also further in the forest, everywhere there were new ropes to swing and bounce from, whilst the crowd watched.
